Shipping
Where do you ship to?
Currently, DeepBlue Designs ships to all U.S. addresses. I’m working on expanding to international shipping soon!
How long does shipping take?
My current processing time is 7–10 business days, as each item is handmade with care. Once your order is ready, shipping time will depend on the carrier and your location—typically 3–5 business days within the U.S. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships!
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow its journey. If you don’t see the email, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder. Still need help? Feel free to reach out!
Returns
How do I return an item?
Return & Exchange Policy
Custom & Personalized Orders:
Due to the handmade nature of my products and the personalization involved, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a mistake on my part or the item arrives damaged.
Non-Custom Items:
For non-personalized items, I accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or if there was a mistake on my end, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos, and I’ll make it right—either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
Cancellations:
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your item may already be in progress.
Can I exchange for a different item?
If you need a different size for a non-personalized item (like a t-shirt), I’m happy to offer an exchange. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned within 14 days.
Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.

Do you take custom orders?
Yes! I love working on custom orders and helping bring your ideas to life. I offer personalized designs on tumblers, t-shirts, bookmarks, and more. Payment is required upfront, and I’ll provide a design mockup for your approval before I begin creating your item. Please note that custom orders may require extra processing time, depending on the complexity. Feel free to reach out to get started—I’d love to create something special just for you!
Do you sell wholesale?
At this time, I don’t offer wholesale, but I do provide discounts on large orders! If you're ordering for a team, event, or group, feel free to reach out—I’d be happy to discuss bulk pricing options with you.
